Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all RV and camper repair services provided by Don's Rv & Repair through our website donsrvfix.com and is designed in compliance with U.S. federal law and the laws of Wyoming.

1. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payment methods such as PayPal. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to the commencement of repair services. Payment confirmation will be sent via email once the transaction is successfully processed.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Don's Rv & Repair is committed to providing professional RV and camper repair services. Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:

• Clients may cancel a service request within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee if parts have been ordered or labor scheduled.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to princetongomez@donsrvfix.com within 14 calendar days of service completion.
• If a service cannot be completed due to our error, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully rendered, customized repairs, or ordered parts are generally non-refundable. This includes completed repairs, diagnostics, and any specialized parts or materials.

4. Rescheduling Services

Clients may request to reschedule repair services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be issued once rescheduled.

5. Service Issues

If you encounter any issues with our RV or camper repair services, please contact us immediately via email or phone at princetongomez@donsrvfix.com or (307) 362-7646. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, including offering corrective service or refund when appropriate.

6. Governing Law

This Payment and Refund Policy, and all related transactions, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States.
